About me

My name is Courtney Dukes, I’m 38 and I live in Texas. I have my bachelors degree in Exercise Sports Science from Texas State University and I was a certified NASM & ISSA personal trainer for many years. I love to inspire, motivate and encourage the people around me to live healthier and happier!

While working as a personal trainer I found that people would feel comfortable talking to me about all different areas of their lives and not just the physical. This helped me to discover my ability to help people with more than just their physical health improvements. That is really only one aspect of what is required to live a truly healthy life. You need to be healthy; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I have a passion for helping people find true success in their lives.

What does success look like? It depends on the person and the area of focus. Success can be as simple as breaking and old habit or establishing a new one. Success can be getting free of a long standing addiction or developing confidence in a certain area of your life. I’m a really great listener and I have the ability to help you pinpoint the specific areas of your life that require change and to implement a strategy that creates a life transformation.
